Brother Wesley T Carter was born on August 22nd, 1907 in Richmond, VA. He is the oldest living Sigma Brother, and remains known to attend chapter and state meetings as well as Conclave! On February 8th, 1927, Bro. Wesley T. Carter was initiated into the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc via Lambda Chapter (Virginia Union University). Today, over 84 years after the then 19-year old sophomore was initiated in Richmond, Bro. Carter still lives alone and is completely self sufficient.
